There are 2 types of standard images we use:
- Blog images
- Product images
Blog Images
If you do not get other instructions, a blog image will always be:
- 1280 pixels wide
- 720 pixels high
- JPG format
- 75 DPI
- Compressed to about 50 KB (Use https://tinypng.com and https://squoosh.app/)
- A featured image always belong to a specific website, so make sure it match the colors and general design of that website
Product images
Unless otherwise specified a product image is always:
- 1000 pixels high
- 1000 pixels wide
- JPG format
- Image middle centered
- White background
- Compressed to under 100 KB
RULES FOR BOTH BLOG IMAGES AND PRODUCT IMAGES
It’s also important that you crop and trim the image, so the image will either go to the left/right edges or the top/bottom!
